These guys know their locks and keys. I have used them for business and personal and they haven't let me down ever. Just a nice small business that is a pleasure to deal with.
I paid $10 bucks online for a spare set of keys for my motorcycle. I went to get them cut here when they noticed I was sent the wrong key. I ended up with two of the correct, cut keys for $8. Considerably cheaper than ordering online then paying to get them cut. I wish I would have known about Duty's before wasting my money online.
Really horrible woman to deal with. I think she was the owner. She had a really nasty attitude and I would never ever use them again.
The employees were very nice. Able to open and make keys for two of the safes. The other one they had too drill the one safe to open it
