Paid incredible money for a front door replacement. It warped and then rotted out in 8 years. They do not return phone calls or provide any support after taking your money.
I had called to have the garage door opener of my 2 year old home. I was told someone would stop by and look at. I called a half dozen times and no response.
The store clerks were very rude when I went in to look at their product lines. When I selected what I wanted and gave the information to our contractor it took them forever to get back to him with pricing information.
