staff's will not even listen what is the expection from us.
My best friend went to get her hair cut and after waiting in line for an hour, the lady cut off 4 inches of her hair when she asked for 1 inch off. Her birthday party is on Friday and she wanted her hair to look nice but it is now a weirdly cut bob. The lady did not listen to what she asked and cut a lot of her hair off in a hurry.

Really frustrated and disappointed by my experience today. This morning at 10am I called to make an appointment and was told to come in at 1:30. I arrived on time and one of the stylists said that the person I had an appointment with (Susie) was finishing up a perm. I took "finishing up" as maybe a slight wait, which I was fine with. However, I ended up sitting there for 30mins watching walk-ins get appointments and by 2:00, I was pretty fed up. I expressed that I was waiting for a half hour to the stylist at the counter and she turns around and askes Susie if she's almost done. Susie is giggling, doesn't make eye contact and says "just about done." Well, I was already done and walked out. Customer service is critical in this business and this Holiday Hair location really failed. I ended up calling the another location in Mechanicsburg, was greeted by friendly stylists, and had my hair cut in under the time I waited around needlessly at this location.

The hair stylist looked displeased whenever I tried to make her pay attention to details. For example, she didn't trim off the hair from my neck at first. It looked like she was in a race to finish off every client asap.
Jenna saved me after I got butchered 7 years ago and I've seen no one but her ever since.
