I live with a chronic illness that not any of the doctors I saw here were able to diagnose. I still have to count on this practice to refill the non-narcoric Rxs I rely on heavily to live a somewhat decent lifestyle. There is nothing more that they can do for me as she does not 'deal' with patients who are as sick as I am, as per my usual dr. She also cannot refer me me to a physician who would be able to to better treat the illness that has robbed me of my life since she was not able to think of anyone in the area off the top of her head. It seems if you are healthy and just need check ups this place is as good as your annoying mother in law to diagnose you but I don't see the purpose of this practice beyond that.
My wife and I, now age 59 and 63, have been patients of Dr. Ann Bogden for years, since before the office moved here from Silver Spring. We trust our doctor and everyone who sees us at this facility. First class all the way. And they have lots of resources and connections to the entire PSU-Hershey organization. They have the Lab, Mammogram, X-ray, MRI, Ultrasound right on sight. Some specialties are here in this group also.

I love Dr. Pauli who is with Maternal Fetal Medicine but all of the staff are very friendly and not insane wait times
- Calls with questions or for test results were not returned for 3-5 business days
- Lack of coordination between functions within the same building/hospital system
- Strong push from providers to see Nurses and PA's instead of physicians
- Wait time on the phone to schedule/change appointments was consistently 20+ minutes
- Impersonal and unfriendly nurses and staff
I have been a patient at this medical facility for approximately 7 plus years. My current family doctor is DR Zhanna Grigoryan-Sainz. She is extremely thorough and takes the necessary time to discuss any medical concerns or potential health problems based on my current life style. She kind of reminds me of my old family doctor from many (and I do mean many) years in the past.
