I would say the prices are reasonable compared to other department stores
And you wonder why your going out of business
My mother was out for a visit and got a flat and needed two tires that day. I called around and settled on Sears as they were able to get me in fairly quickly. The spare (which was a full size) was on the back where the flat was and was also to be replaced with the other original tires from the back as the spare was 10+ years old. All that needed done, was the two new tires places on the front, front tires to the back and the other good tire from the back used as the spare which was in the trunk. I picked up the car, drove it home and mom made it home no problem as the tires have been fine ever since. A month later my dad was checking the spare and found the spare with that HUGE PIECE OF ROAD DEBRIS IN IT! They never touched the other rim in the trunk as instructed. Granted, I should have checked myself, but I took for granted that they are supposed to be professionals and do a job right the first time, I won't make that mistake again and will not be using Sears auto center again any time soon.
Had 4 tires fitted and had problems ever since. Will never go back for their auto service.
All was fine until my dad checked a trunk a month later...
i wish there was an option for no stars because that is what SEARS deserves. I do not recommend anyone ever buys anything from their store especially appliances. their customer service is horrible their products are horrible. i have had 5 issues with my washing machine and 2 issues with my dryer (a total of 7 issues with my products). my washer broke 5 times and it wasn't until the 5th time that they said they would exchange it. so for almost 2 months i was not able to wash my clothes at home and had to go out of my way and inconvenience other people. i now have a broken dryer which they said will take 5 days to order (understandable) but then after it is sent to my house it is going to sit their until they have an available technician. this is unacceptable costumer service. SEARS better believe i will never ever step foot back into their store and i will stop anyone from ever going there. no wonder everyone goes to lowes and home depo.! you better believe Lowes and home depo will be first on my list from now on. i will never make this mistake again.
