I would never recommend anyone to Dr. Joseph Gensbigler. I went to him for my dentistry and orthodontics because he was covered by my insurance, and I had an absolutely horrible experience at each visit. His methods, equipment and techniques were very out-dated. At almost every appointment I would be there for 2-3 hours waiting. I had to make several urgent follow up appointments after seeing him because he was careless and I had to deal with sharp wires cutting my cheeks and gums from my braces or loose brackets. He made no attempt to make my braces or retainers visually appealing, no colors - all just bland and shoddily made. I also had him put veneer on two of my teeth and they looked HORRIBLE - I had to pay to have them redone by another dentist afterwards. I personally work in the medical field and I am appalled by the patient care I received at this office. The office staff were friendly, but I would never recommend anyone to go to this office after my experience.
