I always receive excellent service at Hartzdale Road location and branch manager Alex is is so awesome. She sets a great example of what quality customer service should be.
I had rented a car for the weekend and upon return I discovered I lost my car keys. They extended my rental for me and then also made sure I got the best rate for the day. I then had to extend my rental longer due to not being able to find my keys. The manager Alexis was the only one working and was very busy with the phones but still managed to assist me in a timely fashion. She was very understanding and quickly extended my rental. The stress of losing my keys was quickly relieved by the excellent service I received.
