The spa was very clean and the receptionists were friendly and knowledgeable. My hot-stone massage was okay, I told the masseuse I had a few trouble spots but she did not really focus on them and she applied very little pressure. She did spend time working on my feer even though I told her I did not need that since I added the hot towel feet service (this was nice, but it took away 10 mins of massage time, so I would skip it in the future). The massage was relaxing just not beneficial. I get massages to work on problem areas. I will say it was a full hour including the add-on. I was never pressured to upgrade or purchase anything. Honestly, I would go if I was given a gift certificate but it did not meet my needs. I would recommend this spa if you like relaxibg rather than therapeutic massage. I would rate the spa between a 3 and a 4.
I bought a $100 gift card for my girlfriend, she ended up wanting something else so I went back to return it with the receipt. They told me it couldn't be returned even though I had the receipt with my name on it. Absolutely ridiculous.
The place is very clean and their receptionists are always very kind and polite. I've never felt pressure to upgrade, and scheduling, checking in, and checking out are very simple and fluid.

Fantastic. I get sore and knotted in my shoulders, and I wear heels most days, so a massage is excellent. They use very firm pressure (as I request), and do a great job with the fact that I'm very ticklish. I highly recommend the upgrade to hot stone. Worth every penny. Also, if you want the best foot massage of your freaking life, Allie is amazing.
Had a couples massage and Gina was my provider. This was the first time I have ever had a massage. It was amazing. Not only would I highly recommend this experience, but also I am definitely going back!!
